As a professional waste management company, we are often asked: ‘what is restricted waste?’ and ‘what can you not put in a skip?’.

There are certain restricted waste products that constitute unacceptable waste for disposal in a standard skip or by regular waste management companies. Below is a list of the restricted waste items that we do not accept:

We do not accept any biological, chemical or medical waste.

We do not accept any food waste.

We do not accept any oil or lubricant products.

Animal Products

We do not accept any animal waste products.

asbestos waste

Asbestos

We do not accept asbestos.

Corrugated Roof Sheeting / Boards

We do not accept corrugated roof boards that have the appearance of being asbestos (even when tested with a certificate and not hazardous)

Disposing of Restricted Waste

For various reasons, we are not able or permitted to process certain waste streams. If you need to dispose of any of the above unacceptable waste products then we would recommend that you contact a specialist waste company, depending on the type of waste you have.
